Bruschetta Dip

The Ultimate 10-Minute Appetizer!

When it comes to hosting, sometimes the best recipes are the ones that require zero time over a stove but offer maximum impact on the table. This Bruschetta Dip is a permanent fixture in our rotation because it perfectly balances creamy, savory, and bright flavors with almost no effort.

Marne calls this her absolute go-to for gatherings, and for reason! It's consistently the first dish to disappear. By layering herbed Alouette (or a classic Boursin) with fresh, juicy tomatoes and fragrant basil, you get all the classic flavors of a traditional bruschetta but with a rich, velvety base that makes it feel much or indulgent.

The finishing touch is a simple drizzle of balsamic glaze, which adds just the right amount of tang and sweetness. This tip is proof that intentional hosting doesn't have to be complicated to be a crowd-favorite!

INGREDIENTS

1 6.5 Alouette Cheese with herbs (or other soft cheese spread like Boursin)

1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped

1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette glaze or reduction

Pita chips, crackers or thinly sliced baguette

DIRECTIONS

1. Spread the soft cheese evenly over the center of a large plate, or a small platter. Leave about 1/4 inch around the edge empty and clean.

2. Evenly sprinkle and spread the tomatoes over the cheese, then the fresh basil.

3. Drizzle the balsamic glaze back and forth over the whole plate. A little goes a long way.

4. Serve with Pita chips, crackers or spread on thin sliced of baguette.
