Shipping policy

Thank You for shopping at EmieJames. We appreciate you! Here at EmieJames customer service is our top priority. We know you will love the goodies you order so we want you to receive them as quick as possible. 

Delivery Times:

We will ship your order within 24-48 hours. Orders placed on the weekend will not ship until the following Monday.  Depending on the shipping you paid for will decide how quickly your package is delivered. If you purchase our flat rate shipping option or receive shipping for free you should receive your package with in 3-7 days. 

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs depend on the weight of your items and where they are being shipped. Smaller items will have a smaller shipping cost attached because they cost less to ship. We do not make any money of off our shipping we only charge what it costs us to ship. Frankie the Stag Wall Mount is very large and heavy. He does cost at least $60 to ship. Eugene the Moose Wall Mount has to be shipped on a pallet because of how large he is, pallet shipping is much more expensive then traditional shipping.

Shipping Methods:

We have partnerships with USPS, UPS, and Fedex. If you have a PO Box please choose a shipping option with USPS. 

International Shipping: 

EmieJames does ship Internationally. A flat rate option is not available yet for our international customers. All shipping options through USPS, UPS and Fedex for international customers are shown at checkout.
