The Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 qt hot water
1 cup dry milk
1 cup sugar
1 Tbs salt
1 cups butter, melted
3 Tbs yeast
5 beaten eggs
10-12 cups flour
Cinnamon as needed

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix hot water, dry milk, sugar, salt and butter together. Let it cool some. Add yeast, eggs and 6 cups of flour. Beat mixture for 2 minutes. Add 4-6 cups of flour and mix. Set aside and let the dough rise once. Lay out dough and sprinkle cinnamon on top. Shape into rolls. Let rolls double in size. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 375 degrees.
