Easy S'mores Bites
Summertime and s'mores go hand in hand, but let's be honest - sometimes wrangling a crowd around a roaring campfire (or dealing with sticky fingers and burnt marshmallows) isn't always the vibe when you're hosting. Enter these make-ahead S'mores Bites. All the nostalgic, gooey, chocolatey magic of the classic campfire treat, with absolutely none of the smoke, ash or fire fuss.
Perfect for busy summer get-togethers, these bite-sized beauties can be whipped up well before your guests arrive, leaving you free to actually sit back and enjoy the party. They look beautiful on a serving platter and create a great aesthetic for your dessert table.
From the great blog, Bakin' Care of Business, here's how to make the ultimate fuss-free summer dessert!
Recipe
INGREDIENTS
Graham Crackers
Marshmallow fluff (marshmallow creme)
Peanut butter, optional. Creamy is best.
Melted chocolate
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Melt chocolate in a small bowl or short fat glass.
2. Break apart Graham crackers into quarters (or halves if you prefer a larger bite).
3. Spread marshmallow fluff on one Graham cracker. Spread peanut butter on the other cracker. Put them together and make a sandwich. (It gets too wild if you try to spread them on the same cracker).
4. Dip ends into melted chocolate and set on wax or parchment paper to dry (about 15-20 minutes). Enjoy!
