INGREDIENTS
2 cups old-fashioned oats
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2/3 cup raw honey
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut *optional*
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a sturdy spoon OR in a mixer with cookie paddles. Roll into ping pong sized balls. You can use a cookie scoop if that's helpful, then finish off the ball shape. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
