INGREDIENTS

2 lbs chicken drumsticks

Your favorite spice blend or run

Optional BBQ sauce



INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat smoker to 300°F. 

2. Place your favorite rub all over the drumsticks. 

3. Cook until the internal temp is 185°F. 


Cooking them at a higher temp and longer creates somewhat of a crisp outer on the legs. Remember to smoke legs and thighs with the skin on (this prevents it from drying out too fast)
