Sweet Bourbon Salmon

We're sharing Jenn's go-to recipe for juicy, flavorful salmon. The secret ingredient? Our very own Finch & Fennel Sweet Bourbon sauce! It's a flavor combination that is going to knock your socks off. Perfect for summer barbecues or busy nights when you want something quick and easy. Trust me on this one, your taste buds are in for a treat!

INGREDIENTS

Finch & Fennel Sweet Bourbon Sauce

Salmon Filets

Salt & pepper, to taste

Butter



INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat grill to 400°F-500°F

2. Line a baking pan with tin foil, folding up the edges to create a shallow dish. 

3. Grease the tin foil using the butter (or olive oil) and place salmon in foil dish. 

4. Brush the salmon with a generous amount of Finch & Fennel Sweet Bourbon Sauce, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. 

5. Top each fillet with a thin slice of butter. 

6. Move tin foil dish from baking pan to the grill and cook until salmon reaches an internal temp of 145°F.
