-List everything that you would like to sort and declutter. This way you can cross it off when finished and work down the list. When you begin sorting start small with one area. Once this area is complete move on to the next area. Don't overwhelm yourself with trying to do everything in one day or even one week. Set a goal for a room a week and slowly check it off. ☺️

-By setting a timer this can help our brains stay focused, when we allow ourselves only a certain amount of time to accomplish something it usually creates motivation and allows us to stay on task better.
Tip 3- "Keep, Trash, Donate"
-Categorize your belongings into three piles: keep, trash, and donate. Be ruthless with the "keep" pile – ask yourself if you truly use and love the item or if it just takes up space. Donate items in good condition that someone else could enjoy, and feel good about decluttering while helping others.
