Ingredients
2 cups *buttermilk
2 eggs
2 Tbls melted butter or oil
2 Tbls sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups flour
Mix dry ingredients. Stir in eggs, buttermilk and butter until combined.
*Buttermilk isn't something we always have on hand. One of our favorite buttermilk hacks is to combine 1 cup reg milk with 1 Tbls lemon juice, let the mixture curd for a couple minutes and you have 1 cup buttermilk. Double both for this recipe.
