Purchased months ago

Purchased this months ago and it has been pushed back multiple times. Now I'm doubting if it will ever ship. The items in stock seem to ship with relative speed. "Pre-Order" item never ships, at least not in the last several months. I don't mind waiting or even if dates get pushed back but to change expected ship date without ANY communication is where I take exception. If they are updating the site to show different ship date, then shoot the customers a quick note notifying them of the unfortunate date change. It's literally that easy.
